Description: Manursúro Virgil Mayor Apostol of Kailukuan School of Indigenous Science presents this distinctive 2-day seminar on biomechanics for practitioners of the Filipino martial arts.
Bringing awareness on a holistic approach to health and wellness, the focus will be on understanding natural physical laws as they relate to body mechanics. This is not a seminar on techniques, but on developing a foundational perspective on principles that relate to techniques, regardless of style or origin.
